Vin St. John, aka Vincent John, aka Boogher, is a voice actor and Actual Play podcast hero who has played such diverse characters as Tavern Goer #6, Rolf the Paladin, and a conjuring goblin. He looks like that over there. He was featured in Behind the Scenes show number 25. making him a slightly better friend to James and Rudy than Vegas Lancaster, but slightly worse than Jen Fischer.
